Vendor Site Compliance Certificate

VSCC or Vendor Site Compliance Certificate is a certificate that is issued to vendors by SBI to ensure that appropriate security best practices and controls are deployed on merchant websites that are integrated with the SBI payment gateway.

The VSCC is issued by a CERT-In Empaneled Auditor, and is only required for private merchants. To obtain a VSCC, vendors must fill out and submit the VSCC Form C, which covers various security criteria such as SSL certificate and encryption, application security, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, firewall, data storage and localization, audit trail and logging, PCI DSS (if applicable), and data sharing and privacy.
